Welcome to VFW Post 295!

Gallagher Hansen VFW Post 295 -South St. Paul MN. was chartered in 1919 (100 years ago) by a group Veterans who after serving in WWI, returned to our community. They were proud of their Military Service and were seeking the comradeship of those who like themselves knew first-hand what we mean when we say; “Some gave all, but all gave some”. So, Inspired, by the knowledge that; “Freedom is not Free”, they dedicated themselves to serving their fellow veterans, their Families, their widows and their orphans and their community. It is this Legacy that allows us to say: “We take Pride in 295 because here we truly, Honor the dead by serving the Living”. – Mike Labovitch, Commander
